Face ID Issues

Some iPhone XR users are having trouble with Face ID after setup is completed. If you’re unable to unlock your phone via Face ID, make sure you are directly facing the screen. When that does not work, check your internet service provider for an outage. First, check Down Detector to see the most recent reports, then search for the problem on social media. If your internet service provider does not report an outage, shut down Airplane Mode for 30 seconds, then turn it off. Check your cellular service again.
