(1) WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER?
All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. All New Zealand orders are shipped by New Zealand Post in partnership with DHL.
We currently offer 2 shipping options (check product for applicable rates):
- Ground shipping Australia wide for free, or a flat rate of $7.50 AUD.
- Express shipping Australia wide for free, or a flat rate of $10.00 AUD.
- International shipping to New Zealand for a flat rate of $10.00 AUD
The shipping method that you have available at checkout is determined by the products in your cart. As lithium ion batteries cannot be sent by air (express) for safety reasons, you will only be shown ground shipping options for products that contain these parts.
International orders cannot be sent if they contain any of battery products, so you will not be able to complete your order at checkout.
If you are having issues processing your order on our website, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org so we arrange a manual shipment for you.
(2) HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED YET?
Orders are shipped from our warehouse on the Gold Coast (Queensland, Australia).
Orders that are placed before 11:00AM AEST will be dispatched on the same business day the order is placed. Weekend orders will be sent with our Monday dispatch.
You will be notified by email that your order has been received. Following this, tracking information for your parcel will be emailed to you at time of dispatch.
Please note, once your order has been dispatched your address cannot be amended. Please enter your shipping address correctly at the checkout, or you may be charged the appropriate shipping costs to resend your purchase.
Note: all public holiday order will be shipped the next business day.
(3) HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
Time taken to receive your order will depend on the shipping option you have selected:
- Ground shipping will take 2-7 business days
- Express shipping will take 1-2 business days
- International shipping will take 3-6 business days
Please note: These shipping times are estimates only, based on shipping to metropolitan areas via our courier, Australia Post. In particular, some rural locations may take longer to deliver and delays may occur that are outside of our control.
(4) WILL I BE CHARGED TAXES AND DUTIES?
Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and/or additional taxes and duties when shipped to international countries outside of Australia.
We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, however we do not take responsibility for any delays and/or extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Please note TechXS is unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery. Taxes and duties are calculated per your shipping country.
